Project Name: Ordos Lianchuang Coal PV-Storage-Charging Integrated Project
Project Location: Ordos City, Inner Mongolia
Project Introduction:
To address the challenges of high energy costs, unstable power supply, and significant carbon emissions in mining operations, the project leverages technological innovation to break through these bottlenecks. It features a 2,880 kW liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging system capable of delivering 800 kWh of charge in just 18 minutes. Coupled with photovoltaic (PV) generation, energy storage, and mining trucks equipped with 1,056 kWh batteries, the project establishes a closed-loop green power cycle of "PV–Storage–Fast Charging," maximizing its independence from the external power grid.
The project deploys a dual-base PV layout with a total capacity of 270 MW (150 MW at Hantaichuan North and 120 MW at Sidaoliu). With annual power generation of 195 million kWh and 156 million kWh respectively, the two bases can meet the daily charging needs of 700 and 600 mining trucks, effectively resolving site configuration pain points and achieving optimal PV-storage-charging allocation.
Three Major Advantages of the Project:
Lower operating costs: Over 50% savings compared to diesel-powered vehicles.
Significant carbon reduction: Annual carbon emission reduction exceeding 280,000 tons.
Industry and demonstration value: Attracts upstream and downstream enterprises to cluster together and provides a replicable model for green power industrial parks.
