Quantity Surveying (QS) Manager

Responsible for project quantity surveying and cost management. Prepare BOQs, manage measurement works, process variation orders, support claim preparation and final‑account work. Conduct cost‑related commercial negotiations with Employer and Consultant, handle commercial disputes, ensure project cost objectives are achieved.

1.English proficiency at L4‑Business Proficiency; capable of compiling BOQs, Variation Orders, Claim Reports and conducting commercial & cost negotiations with Employer and Consultant.

2.Minimum 8‑year quantity‑surveying experience including no less than 5‑years in managerial role.

3.Sound knowledge of British Standard Method of Measurement (SMM), FIDIC contract conditions and measurement requirements for UAE airport projects.

4.Proven practical experience in Variation Orders, claim handling and commercial dispute resolution.

5.Proficient in AutoCAD, quantity‑surveying measurement software and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.

6.Excellent negotiation & communication skills; remain calm and professional under high‑pressure commercial scenarios.

7.CIOB membership or recognised professional quantity‑surveying qualification is preferred.
