Project Manager

Take overall responsibility for the delivery of the Dubai project. Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation, execution to completion and hand‑over. Integrate internal & external resources, coordinate communications among the Employer, Consultants and all key stakeholders. Oversee project schedule, quality, safety and contractual implementation, and resolve key on‑site risks and issues.

1.English proficiency at L4‑Business Proficiency; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

2.Minimum 10‑year international project management experience.

3.Proven track record in successful delivery of large‑scale overseas infrastructure projects; airport project experience is preferred.

4.Experience covering complete project lifecycle from commencement through completion and handover. Prior major airport project experience in the Middle East is an advantage.

5.Solid theoretical knowledge and practical application experience of FIDIC contract conditions.

6.Strong capability in resource integration and multi‑party stakeholder coordination.

7.Working experience with Chinese‑invested or Chinese contracting companies is an advantage.
